I have been training for 13 years and have spent years constantly furthering my knowledge in pursuit of helping as many people as I can.
I want to help people to transform their bodies and minds. I struggled with a very negative mindset for a long time, and I have used fitness as a way to create discipline in my life in order to become the extremely positive person I am today. This is why I created the Ten Week Change Your Life Challenge - to help you change your life.
I have created this program as I feel there is a huge amount of misconceptions about how to get in shape. Do you need to cut carbs to get in shape? No.
Do you need to train everyday or go out running to lose body fat? No.
I set on a mission to educate as many people as I could on how to get in shape the right way way. Are you up for the challenge?
